Refund Policy

Umair Sajid LTD (“we,” “us”) provides digital marketing consultancy services. This policy outlines our refund terms, which comply with UK law and our contractual obligations.

Consumer Cooling-Off Period

14-Day Legal Right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from contract signing to cancel services for a full refund, unless:

• You explicitly request work to begin immediately.
• The service is fully delivered within 14 days.

Cancellation Process

Submit cancellation requests via email to umair hi@umairsajid.com within 14 days. We will process refunds within 14 days of cancellation (minus costs for completed work, if applicable).

Custom Refund Terms

Post-Cancellation Timeline

After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds are processed based on the number of days between contract cancellation and refund request:

• Within 3 days of cancellation: 100% refund (no deductions).
• Within 7 days of cancellation: 50% refund (50% retained for service fees).
• After 7 days of cancellation: No refund (full payment retained).

Exceptions

Completed Work: If services are fully delivered before cancellation, no refund is issued.

Partial Work: Refunds are prorated based on work completed (e.g., 50% refund if half the project is done).

Refund Process

Request Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within the timelines above. Late requests are ineligible.

Method of Refund

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Processing time: 5–7 business days.

Documentation

We may require proof of cancellation date (e.g., email timestamp) to validate requests.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Violation of Terms

No refunds are issued if:

• Services are canceled due to your breach of contract (e.g., non-payment, illegal content).
• Work is paused/resumed at your request.

Customized Services

Non-refundable for bespoke work (e.g., tailored SEO strategies, branded content).

We process refund-related data (e.g., transaction records) in accordance with UK GDPR.
