Payments and Pricing

Payment Methods

Accepted: Stripe, Wise, PayPal (transactions in GBP/USD).

Terms: Payment is due upfront unless a written contract specifies otherwise.

VAT Compliance

Prices exclude VAT (20% in the UK). You are responsible for applicable taxes. If your business is VAT-registered, we will issue a VAT invoice. Non-UK Clients: VAT may apply based on your country’s regulations (e.g., EU Reverse Charge Mechanism).

Late Payments

Unpaid invoices incur a 2% monthly interest fee (per UK Late Payment Legislation). We may pause services until payment is resolved.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for cancellations within the 14-day cooling-off period (see Section 6). No refunds for prepaid services after the cooling-off period or for work already completed.

User Obligations

Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate details (e.g., business goals, target audience) to ensure effective service delivery.

Compliance

You agree to comply with:

Content Ownership

Consumer Rights and Cooling-Off Period

Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel services (starting from the contract date). This period does not apply if:

• You explicitly request work to begin immediately.
• The service is fully delivered within 14 days.

Cancellation Process

Submit cancellation requests via email to grow@umairsajid.com within 14 days. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and process refunds (if applicable) within 14 days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued for cancellations within the cooling-off period, minus costs for work already completed. No refunds for services fully delivered or after the cooling-off period.
